Positive: I stayed in the deluxe room which is quite decent size, wifi was good and stable, TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime and some others (I think I saw Disney as well), staff is always nice and helpful, location is good as it's very close to all the restaurants and main beach (and tours)
Negative: The deluxe room is right next to a busy road so expect to hear tricycles, motorbikes etc. (cottages shouldn't have this problem), pillows were very hard, probably the hardest I've ever slept on, shower water pressure is bit light, otherwise I quite enjoyed my stay and recommend the place!
